No commissions or fees? What's the catch?

There is no catch!  The price that we offer you is the price you will walk away with, less any outstanding balances you owe on the property.  You do not owe us any commissions, unless you listed the home prior to contacting us, and we will cover the transfer & closing fees associated with the purchase of your property.

How do you determine the offer on my property?

We consider a variety of things such as location, amenities, condition of the property and comparable sales in the property's neighborhood.  Our goal is to come up with a price that is a Win/Win for both of us!

Are you the one who is buying our property?

Yes!  Even though we are licensed Real Estate Brokers, we are not simply putting your home on the MLS and finding you a buyer.  We - Pacific Pointe Properties or an affiliated business entity - will be the buyers of your property.

Am I obligated to accept your offer?

Absolutely not!  When we make you a written offer, you can do 1 of 3 things:  1. Accept it, 2. Counter our offer or 3. Reject it.  If you reject our offer, you owe us nothing!

How do you make money?

For almost every property, there is a wide range of home values depending on variables such as the demand in that market, the condition of the home, how much needed repairs cost, to name a few.  We only make money on properties when the "After-Repair Value" (ARV) is more than the amount it costs us to buy, rehab & sell the property.  There is no guarantee that we will make money on any property.  We do not make money off of charging you fees - we take the 100% of the risk that the ARV of a property will be enough at the end of the rehab & selling process to net us profit!
